Dominique Tissot, founder of Lex Evolution, with over 20 years of experience working in Russia for hundreds of French and European clients, is a well-established and recognized French practitioner among the Franco-Russian business community in Russia. Dominique is a French qualified lawyer who speaks fluently French, English and Russian. Dominique is a French Foreign Trade Advisor (Conseiller du Commerce Exterieur de la France). Before then he was a member of the Board of the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce in Moscow (CCIFR) for more than 15 years and of the board of the France-Russia Centre for Energy Efficiency (CFREE) for 9 years. Dominique is a regular speaker in various tax and energy conferences both in France and Russia and wrote numerous articles over the past 20 years on Russian and international tax as well clean-tech issues (e.g. in particular energy efficiency and renewables) in both in France and Russia.
