With over 20 years of experience working in Russia for numerous French and European clients primarily on Russian and international tax and corporate matters, Dominique Tissot, founding partner of Lex Evolution, is a well-established practitioner among the Franco-Russian business community in Russia. Dominique is a French qualified lawyer who speaks fluently French, English, and Russian. He is a French Foreign Trade Advisor (Conseiller du Commerce extérieur de la France). Before then he was a member of the Board of the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce in Moscow for fifteen years and of the board of the France-Russia Centre for Energy Efficiency for nine years. Dominique is a regular speaker in various conferences both in France and Russia and authored numerous articles over the past twenty years on Russian and international tax law in both in France and Russia.

Strong expertise on clean tech, renewable & energy efficiency matters

We are at the forefront of clean tech industry issues since 2009. Being involved in drafting the energy efficiency and renewable energies’ legislation as part of designing a contractual framework for Russian Energy Performance Contracts (EPC), Dominique Tissot has assisted over the past fifteen years, various Russian ministries, international financial organizations, leading Russian banks as well as foreign energy companies on Russian energy efficiency and renewable issues (e.g., EPC/ESCO schemes, complex CHP projects). Dominique regularly writes articles and speak at conferences on clean-tech issues.
