We are at the forefront of clean tech industry issues since 2009. Being involved in drafting primary and secondary legislation on energy efficiency and renewable energies, as part of designing a contractual framework for Russian Energy Performance Contracts, Dominique Tissot has been advising during the past fifteen years, various Russian ministries, international financial organizations (e.g. EBRD, IFC), leading Russian banks, as well as foreign energy companies on Russian energy efficiency and renewable issues (e.g. structuring of EPC/ESCO and complex CHP projects).

Dominique Tissot published numerous articles, reports and other publications on clean tech and climate change matters in Russia and in the EU.
